1. Plastic film: Polyethylene (PE) film: It has good moisture resistance and flexibility, and will not produce chemical reactions on tea leaves, but its oxygen and light blocking properties are relatively weak, and it usually needs to be used in combination with other materials.
2. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film: It has high strength and transparency, good barrier properties, but poor flexibility.
3. Nylon film: It has strong toughness and puncture resistance, has good barrier properties to oxygen, water vapor and odor, and is suitable for various storage and transportation conditions.
4. Laminated paper: A composite material formed by coating plastic particles on the surface of paper, which combines the printability of paper and the moisture-proof performance of plastic film. It has low cost and high cost performance.
5. Vacuum aluminum film: A layer of aluminum is coated on the surface of plastic film, which has both the flexibility of plastic film and the barrier performance of aluminum. It is suitable for packaging design that needs to show the appearance of tea.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
It has 4 high-speed electronic axis printing production lines of international brands such as BOBST and Otmar, with a printing speed of up to 400 meters per minute and 10 printing colors, which can meet the printing quality requirements of different customers. It is also equipped with dry and solvent-free composite equipment to meet the needs of customers with different functions. The finished product workshop is equipped with multiple high-speed slitting machines and various high-precision bag making machines, which can achieve 60 tons of film rolls and 5 million bags per day.
